1. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please double-check your order before checking out.


2. What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

Once your package is shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Bag and Bougie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend contacting the shipping company directly with your tracking number to file a claim.


3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Delivery times vary by location:

  • U.S. Orders: Typically 12-14 business days after shipping
