Pre orders are always open, you can request an item at any time. However, these orders are submitted every Sunday so be sure to get it in by then!

My package says delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?

Please make sure you provide us with a safe address. If tracking number states the item has been delivered to the address provided, you are held liable for what happens after that.
